| | Hello from subtropical Dingle. It has been very warm and sunny the last few days, probably in the low 80's. Today we had a vacation from our vacation, the whole day free to do whatever we wanted to. Bob, Tammy, Candi and I went down to the beach and had a nice little picnic in the sun, Candi even went for a swim and I got a little sunburned. There was a concert last night in a little church here in town with some local musicians, except for one who is from Seattle. Dingle is a cute little town, winner of the "Tidy Town" award, where little towns paint their houses bright colors and plant flower boxes to compete in the annual contest. Tomorrow we leave for Galway. |
